A Brand new Genuine MA-1 Flight Jacket in Black made by Alpha Industries. This is the classic air force flight jacket and has been around for over 50 years, This jacket was designed for use in the cold weather climates (-5 Degrees) and also comes with the traditional Indian Orange lining. This means that in emergency situations where visibility is paramount, You can wear the jacket inside out for maximum visibility. This iconic jacket comes with two button pockets on the outside along with two pockets on the inside for extra storage. In addition to these pockets, the MA-1 jacket also comes with a zip pocket situated on the left arm with an additional compartment for pens on top of the pocket.

The jacket comes with Knitted Collar, Knitted cuffs and a knitted waistband to help keep you warm. Also comes with a sturdy front zipper with a storm flap for additional warmth and protection of the zipper. This jacket is made from water repellent Nylon Flight Satin with a Polyester lining for extra warmth. This is the iconic type of jacket that Chuck Yeager was wearing at the time when he broke the sound barrier in October 1947, Also be aware that this is not a slim fitting jacket. These Jackets are part of the Core Line series (GENEROUS FITTING) made by Alpha Industries, this means they meet the military specifications to keep the wearer warm down to minus 5 degrees.
