Pilot' Gray Arc'teryx Alpha SV Men's Jacket Medium Canada Hand Made Top of Line. Condition is "New with tags". Tested the most extreme conditions the Arc'teryx Alpha SV can withstand pretty much anything nature can throw at it. A couple of features really make this jacket unique. First of all it is hand-made in the Arc'teryx Workshop in Canada.

Each jacket takes approximately 5 hours to construct a by their trained Craftsmen. The only other items made this way come from the military oriented Arc'teryx LEAF line and even they are mostly made overseas now. Suitable for a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, snowboarding, bicycle riding, walking in the park with your dog, and anything else you can think of where fit, functionality and bomb-proof weather protection are required or at least appreciated. Arc'teryx is known for some wacky colours so this jacket makes it far more wearable in the city due to its relatively conservative pilot grey which is quite a dark grey along with some pretty snazzy red accents. One thing people don't talk about in the length of this coat.

It is not excessively long like the beta SV which literally hangs down to mid thigh level making it far less suitable for any activities where you have to raise your legs because the coat will bunch up and interfere with movement. The Alpha SV won't get in the way of of access to front pant pockets and waistline but plenty of coverage in the back to cover your posterior. Also noteworthy is the large number of pockets on his jacket. There are two exterior waist pockets, one interior zip pocket, one interior unzipped dump pocket and a zipped bicep pocket.

I lost some weight before I got a chance to actually wear this and so it's just a little too big. My loss is your gain. Obviously it won't last long at this ridiculously low price so I recommend you make a move or live forever in regret. CohaesiveT hood adjustments for ease of use with mittens or gloves. Pit zippers for easy venting. Laminated die-cut Velcro® cuff adjusters with elastic. Die-cut Velcro® cuff adjusters reduce bulk, and won't catch or tear off.

CohaesiveT hem adjusters function as HemlockT to prevent jacket from slipping out from under a climbing harness. Internal chest pocket with zip. Left bicep pocket with WaterTightT zip.

Two high, crossover hand pockets with WaterTightT zips. Note: Our WaterTightT zippers are highly water resistant, but not waterproof. We do not recommend keeping items in your pockets that may be damaged by moisture.
